District Presbyter's Meeting

Today I was blessed to meet with the seven District Presbyters of Tennessee. I just wanted to say how privileged I feel to work with such decent, Godly men. They bring a tremendous level of integrity and honor to the position. May God bless their efforts to help reach the harvest in Tennessee.

District Meeting - McMinville

Last night a great crowd of folks gathered at the McMinnville (North Hills) for the District 7 leadership meeting. Pastor Michael and Munice Harris helped to organize a great event, and the worship was excellent, with one of the highlights of the evening, the North Hills Choir. Special thanks to Bishop A.J. Coalter for scheduling, promoting and moderating the event. Our final District Leadership event for this spring is next month, April 11, 2010 at the Pine Grove Church in Crossville, Tennessee. I am looking forward to a great time in the Lord and we hope to see you there.

Special Prayer Request - Pat Neal

To our family and friends, Please help us pray. Pat found out yesterday that she has a 5mm lesion on her spine. Well, actually two of them. She has been having trouble with her back for a while. They found it with an MRI. They have ordered a CT and ask her to set up an appointment with her Oncologist. They told her not to worry about it right now, but because of her history with cancer they are waiting until all the tests have been done. We have not told many people yet. We covet your prayers as we go through these next few days of uncertainty. We know that we serve a God who is both our healer and provider. He is also is sovereign and we desire His will to be done. Love and Prayers, Dickie Richard A. Neal, Sr. - Pastor Lebanon, Tennessee

Update on Debra

Dear Friends, We live in an amazing age. This morning, my wife Debra was involved in an automobile accident in Hendersonville, and was subsequently taken to the Hendersonville Medical Center by ambulance. I was at my home office preparing for a wedding ceremony to be conducted on the 13th in White Bluff, Tennessee, when Londa Richardson called to inform me that Debra was involved in an accident and was on her way to the hospital. Our second car (a Chrysler PT Cruiser) had been in the shop for two days to have some major work done on it, so Debra was driving my Chrysler 300, when another driver (driving an SUV) ran a red light and "broad-sided" the car Debra was driving, on the driver's side, just behind her door. Debra was wearing her seatbelt and was restrained. Thankfully, the Chrysler 300 is a very heavy car and although it sustained major damage, the Lord and the engineering of the car protected Debra. The hidden blessing in this is the fact that her car (the PT ...

Please pray for Debra

About an hour ago, my wife Debra was involved in a serious auto accident. The other driver ran a red light and hit our Chrysler 300 on the driver's side at a high rate of speed. Debra has been taken to our local hospital by ambulance. Our other car is in the shop today, which was a good thing because her vehicle is a smaller, less sturdy vehicle. We are thankful that Londa Richardson was in the office to pick me up and take me to the hospital. She is with us as I write. I covet your prayers for Debra. E.C. News I'm Happy To Share - Curtis Hill, Tennessee

I received this message concerning our church at Curtis Hill. I am so proud of the Youth group there. I am sharing it with the permission of the writer.: "Just wanted you to know how proud we at Curtis Hill COGOP are of our youth. When they heard about the earthquake in Haiti and about the orphanage they all got together and decided to try to raise money. Well, guess what they did!!!! They set a goal of $200.00 and by the end of the month of Feb they had raised over $700.00. They surpassed their goal and we are so very proud of them...I just wanted you to know how awesomely proud that I am of them. They worked really hard cooking breakfast on Sunday before church and then thay cooked and served everyone lunch another Sunday, and they even cleaned up afterwards. They sold treats to anyone that wanted them and also accepted donations. In other words our kids worked very hard for a very good cause. Sorry my message is so long but I just had to let you know how I feel about our kid...

High Praises Conference

Friends, I am placing a link in this post to the High Praises Worship Conference at the Hope church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This conference has been an annual event for many years, and when I was the overseer of Oklahoma/Arkansas I was privileged to attend and be blessed. Rhonda Dilldine has headed this up and is an excellent worship leader. She served as the Regional Music Minister under my appointment. The staff is skilled and anointed. I know this would be a blessing to you. If this is something you can take in, I know it will be a blessing to you: http://www.highpraisesworship.com/
