Dear Overseer, We were in a very productive planning meeting today for the Midwest TeamUp. For those who were not a part of the TeamUp in the Northeast it is my prayer that you are getting good response as you encourage your pastors and leadership teams to attend the Midwest TeamUp in Overland Park, Kansas. I did want to send a quick message to you today so you can remind your pastors and leaders—the cutoff date for the group rate at the Sheraton Overland Park (the host hotel) is Wednesday, October 3 rd . Please do all you can to make sure your people do not miss this date. Pastor Sammy and Wanda Allen Today, I am announcing the change of pastoral appointments for the Erin Church.  Pastor Sammy and Wanda Allen have made the decision to resign from the local church at Erin and move to Bismarck, North Dakota.  We are thankful for their ministry in Tennessee at the Wrigley and Erin churches.  At this time, Pastor Sammy will be taking a sabbatical from pastoral ministry and Wanda will be returning to a work at a former employer in North Dakota. Their two children, Jason and Cristina moved to North Dakota recently and are working there. I ask all of our folks in Tennessee to join me in prayer for the Allen Family as they turn the page on a new chapter in their life. I know that they will be welcomed in North Dakota. This appointment change is effective immediately. As you can see, it has been a while since I've posted on the blog site. A lot has happened since the last entry, mostly a time of seeking the Lord for revival and trying to hear His voice in multiple church actions and event planning. In the next few days I will catch up by posting as much as possible. God bless

I learned this morning that Clara Washburn passed away overnight. Clara's grandson, Pastor Eric Washburn serves the Springplace Church in Cleveland, Tennessee. I will publish more details about visitation, etc., when I receive it. Please join me in prayer for the Washburn family during this difficult time in their life.
