I wanted to take this opportunity to first, thank God for a mighty move of His hand in our revival services at Emerge Church. Many lives were changed as we experienced what some might term as Upper Room Experiences. We saw healing miracles happen before our eyes, we saw salvation come to those that were eternally lost, we saw restoration of relationships, we saw chains of bondage and addiction fall and we saw a resurrection of dormant gifts in the lives of God's people. Secondly, I wanted to thank several of our district Pastors for coming to support our revival services and allowing their congregations to support us as well.  Brother Mckinley:   It is with sadness that I announce the passing of one of the licensed ministers in our district. Sister Geneiva Johnson, 96 years old, passed away Saturday, April 20. She and  her husband   Virgel pastored the church in Petros and Sunbbright at one time, as well as churches in Ohio and Michagan.  Her mother and father were some of the first members of the church in Knoxville.   I have known her all my life and was with her and family at the time of her passing. It is with great sadness I must notify you of the passing of Sister Dottie Liles.  Sister Dottie will be greatly missed among our Arrowhead family.  She was a devout servant of her Lord, and ministered to thousands of people through a variety of ministries.  Pastor and relative Bro. Chip Meadows described her well; “ This precious lady was a mighty woman of prayer and she loved to share the gospel with the outcasts of society. She devoted much of her life to prison ministry and has led Lord knows how many people to Jesus. While our hearts are sad we can't help but rejoice that she has fought a good fight, she has finished her course, and now she receives a crown of righteousness.” We offer our deepest condolences to all her family and friends.  I will notify you as soon as arrangements are completed. A wonderful experience! Bishop Clayton Endecott, Europe, CIS and the Middle East will be in the International Offices in Cleveland, TN for the GP meetings in April. He will have  Sunday, April 28, 2013  open to minister and share about the CoGoP in Europe, CIS and the Middle East. Clayton has visited since January 2013: Finland, Germany, Belarus, Spain, just returning from a 10 day stay in Russia and he is now in Ostrava, Czech Republic (our newest country!) If you know a church that would like to hear about these areas and more while he is in the States, please let me know. It does not matter about the size of the church, as we just want to share what God is doing in our area of the world and also to say thank you for our supporters from the States. I will not be able to join Clayton this time, but please let me know if you can give me a contact in the area.  Clayton will have a rental and can drive if it is not too far. ...
