This afternoon, I was able to visit with Brother and Sister O'Kain at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
Brother O'Kain underwent surgery to remove infection on one arm and one knee. When I visited with him, he was in good spirits. I told him that many of you are praying for him and he seemed to appreciate the thought.
I learned the other day that Brother O'Kain has been on dialysis for over 35 years; longer than anyone in the whole Southeastern United States. He is to be commended for his courage and faithfulness in the ministry under difficult circumstances for a long time. Please help me hold him up to the Lord in prayer.
