URGENT NOTICE - Marriage Retreat

Deadline Extended

We have had such an overwhelming response over the weekend to the marriage retreat, that I personally called the hotel yesterday and asked the deadline to be extended a few-more-days to allow last-minute registrations.

I am HAPPY to announce that the hotel has graciously extended the deadline to next Monday, (January 21, 2008). At that POINT the rooms will definitely be released.

If you haven't registered, this WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY will be open for just a little while longer. Please don't delay, the demand has been overwhelming. If you still wish to attend the retreat, please use one of the following methods of contact:

1. Office: 615-824-3563. If you are routed to voicemail, please leave your name and number and you will receive a call back.

2. Fax: 615-827-0102. This will route to the overseer's personal fax machine.

Prayer Request

Yesterday and today have been filled with non-stop preparations and meetings for the General Assembly. The State/National Overseers will be traveling to begin meeting this week in Nashville. Will you please join me in prayer for travel mercies for all of those on their way to Nashville? Also, Sister Wilma Massengale is still in Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. This precious lady and her family need our prayer support, and I hope you will join me in prayer for them, believing the Lord is able to meet their need.

I AM SHARING A NOTICE I JUST RECEIVED FROM PASTOR TERRY BARNWELL (KNOXVILLE- ARROWHEAD) Hi Brother; I pray your day is going along well. I wanted to let you know of the passing of Sister Clara McMahan this morning. Her husband Claude has served as deacon for over 52 years at the Arrowhead church. This wonderful lady has touched thousands of lives across Tennessee. She is the sister of Charlie Weaver. The day you and Sister McKinley were with us on the Home Coming Sunday if you remember the youth presented this couple with a light house they had built for them. Sister Clara will be greatly missed greatly. I will let you know the arrangements when I get them if you wished to attend the services. If your schedule will not permit I understand, but I just wanted you to know. Love you and have a blessed day; Bro. Terry
