Lake Barkley Ladies Retreat Concludes








Once again, Catherine Payne and here staff did an outstanding job ministering to the ladies in our part of the United States. The attendance was good, and the speakers and preachers ministered in the power of the Spirit.

I am including just a few of the photos of the retreat at this time to give you a little more of the "flavor" of things. We got home late, and received a phone call that the interpreter for the hispanic ladies, Ana Sandiago was stranded at the airport. Debra and I went to the airport and picked her up, and got her a room close to the airport (here flight leaves really early tomorrow morning) and then we returned home.

I have a meeting tomorrow, but after that, I will put all of the photos up on our state website so you can see all of them. If I'm not mistaken, I may have as many as 100.

Yesterday and today have been filled with non-stop preparations and meetings for the General Assembly. The State/National Overseers will be traveling to begin meeting this week in Nashville. Will you please join me in prayer for travel mercies for all of those on their way to Nashville? Also, Sister Wilma Massengale is still in Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. This precious lady and her family need our prayer support, and I hope you will join me in prayer for them, believing the Lord is able to meet their need.

Death Notice - Clara McMahan

I AM SHARING A NOTICE I JUST RECEIVED FROM PASTOR TERRY BARNWELL (KNOXVILLE- ARROWHEAD) Hi Brother; I pray your day is going along well. I wanted to let you know of the passing of Sister Clara McMahan this morning. Her husband Claude has served as deacon for over 52 years at the Arrowhead church. This wonderful lady has touched thousands of lives across Tennessee. She is the sister of Charlie Weaver. The day you and Sister McKinley were with us on the Home Coming Sunday if you remember the youth presented this couple with a light house they had built for them. Sister Clara will be greatly missed greatly. I will let you know the arrangements when I get them if you wished to attend the services. If your schedule will not permit I understand, but I just wanted you to know. Love you and have a blessed day; Bro. Terry
