Revival Services - Salisbury, MD

Last Saturday, I flew out of Nashville, headed for Salisbury, Maryland to conduct revival services at the Church of God of Prophecy, Tilghman Road. Pastor Gary Smith picked me up at the airport, and I was privileged to minister Sunday morning and Sunday night at his church.

Many of you know Gary and his wife Cynthia as being very active in childrens ministries and in leadership development. Just a month ago, Pastor Smith and his congregation were honored by the 700 Club as their "Church of the Week." Their ministry to the Salisbury (and surrounding) communities were featured on the television broadcast send in all of the United States and dozens of countries across the world.

The revival continues through Wednesday night, and I leave on a very early flight to return to the Volunteer State.

So far several have received the Lord and the services have been extremely well attended. I would appreciate your prayers as we continue in our journey together to build the Kingdom of God and the Church of God of Prophecy.

Come Down From That Ivory Tower

After all, this chapter is about faith, and what better way to teach faith than to illustrate with some real-life examples. The family will receive visitors Friday at Rush Funeral Home from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Dr. David Horton, a veteran member of the Lee University music faculty, died suddenly Monday evening following an apparent heart attack.
