Children's Ministry Announcement

Thanks to each local church that supported our Children's Ministry Training in Tennessee this year. I appreciate the churches who invested into raising the bar for your ministry to Children. We were able to train over 100 Children's Ministry Workers and volunteers across Tennessee this year. God is doing something special in this Generation of Children.


Please join me at Camp Hickory Hill on Sunday, May 3rd at 1pm to enjoy a day at our Campgrounds. All ages are invited to bring your local church to Camp Hickory Hills for a day of food, fellowship, fun, and worship. Bring food for a picnic. We will combine all of the food for a big picnic lunch.

We will have the Grill fired up for anything you would like to bring. We will have a Worship Service beginning at 3pm.

We will have worship, drama, and Chris Bohanon to share God's Word. After service, we will have volleyball and softball tournaments.

Bring your lawn chair and come join us for a wonderful day. Hope to see you there.

Yesterday and today have been filled with non-stop preparations and meetings for the General Assembly. The State/National Overseers will be traveling to begin meeting this week in Nashville. Will you please join me in prayer for travel mercies for all of those on their way to Nashville? Also, Sister Wilma Massengale is still in Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. This precious lady and her family need our prayer support, and I hope you will join me in prayer for them, believing the Lord is able to meet their need.

Death Notice - Clara McMahan

I AM SHARING A NOTICE I JUST RECEIVED FROM PASTOR TERRY BARNWELL (KNOXVILLE- ARROWHEAD) Hi Brother; I pray your day is going along well. I wanted to let you know of the passing of Sister Clara McMahan this morning. Her husband Claude has served as deacon for over 52 years at the Arrowhead church. This wonderful lady has touched thousands of lives across Tennessee. She is the sister of Charlie Weaver. The day you and Sister McKinley were with us on the Home Coming Sunday if you remember the youth presented this couple with a light house they had built for them. Sister Clara will be greatly missed greatly. I will let you know the arrangements when I get them if you wished to attend the services. If your schedule will not permit I understand, but I just wanted you to know. Love you and have a blessed day; Bro. Terry
