Ministry Opportunities

Dear Bishop McKinley

The 94th General Assembly is just around the corner! The week will be
filled with wonderful opportunities for worship, fellowship and ministry.
During the Saturday afternoon session Children's Ministries will be hosting
a dynamic family event, the J-12 Encounter. At the age of 12, Jesus uttered
seven words that became the passion of His future. Those same seven words
can be the passion of our sons and daughters, because what happened to Jesus
at 12 can happen again in their lives today. Through, video,, dance,
interactive games and much more, J12 will help to equip parents and young
people with the "must" spirit of Jesus. Please encourage the families of
your church to be involved in this special event, Saturday from 2:00 - 4:00
pm in meeting rooms 205-206.

Children's Ministries is in need of volunteers to help monitor and staff
this event. This is great opportunity for anyone interested in serving at
the General Assembly, while encountering an awesome ministry event done with
excellence.

If you, or someone in your church would be available to help, please have
them contact me, Shaun McKinley, by calling (423) 505-7565 or email
shaun@twomckinleys.com.

Prayer Request

Yesterday and today have been filled with non-stop preparations and meetings for the General Assembly. The State/National Overseers will be traveling to begin meeting this week in Nashville. Will you please join me in prayer for travel mercies for all of those on their way to Nashville? Also, Sister Wilma Massengale is still in Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. This precious lady and her family need our prayer support, and I hope you will join me in prayer for them, believing the Lord is able to meet their need.
