Praise Report - Lakemoore Church/Morristown

Brother McKinley greetings in the Lord! Congratulations on your beautiful granddaughter!

I wanted to let you know that Lakemoore Church had their 4th annual Fall Festival this past September 16th and it was the best ever! We have a car show, inflatables for the kids, and all kinds of great food items along with home made apple butter and fried apple pies! We also have an auction, and this year the Festival committee set out to solicit large items for donation. In their efforts we got two cars and a pontoon boat and trailer donated along with many other items to auction. We raised a record $16,300.00!!! To God be the Glory!!! Several car dealers have promised that they will give something for next years auction!

Also Lakemoore's Dicken's Christmas open house will be Saturday, November 18th. Dinners and lunches will start on Saturday, November 25th through December 9th. We would like to invite you and your family to come and be with us for this special event. This will be our eleventh year for this special outreach. Please call me at 423-587-5938 or Mrs. Cora Clark at 423-581-1147 for reservations.

God has been blessing Lakemoore we have seen many saved, healed and rededicated, also we have transferred two families from N.C..

Prayer Request

Yesterday and today have been filled with non-stop preparations and meetings for the General Assembly. The State/National Overseers will be traveling to begin meeting this week in Nashville. Will you please join me in prayer for travel mercies for all of those on their way to Nashville? Also, Sister Wilma Massengale is still in Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. This precious lady and her family need our prayer support, and I hope you will join me in prayer for them, believing the Lord is able to meet their need.

Death Notice - Clara McMahan

I AM SHARING A NOTICE I JUST RECEIVED FROM PASTOR TERRY BARNWELL (KNOXVILLE- ARROWHEAD) Hi Brother; I pray your day is going along well. I wanted to let you know of the passing of Sister Clara McMahan this morning. Her husband Claude has served as deacon for over 52 years at the Arrowhead church. This wonderful lady has touched thousands of lives across Tennessee. She is the sister of Charlie Weaver. The day you and Sister McKinley were with us on the Home Coming Sunday if you remember the youth presented this couple with a light house they had built for them. Sister Clara will be greatly missed greatly. I will let you know the arrangements when I get them if you wished to attend the services. If your schedule will not permit I understand, but I just wanted you to know. Love you and have a blessed day; Bro. Terry
